Dreamer

Journey through the wilderness that is my backyard

I carry my luggage, and I walk hard

The soothing sound of a beating heart

I feel your breath against my skin it is so soft

Isn’t that voice a lovely sound; darling

That is your violent heart

You came, and you conquered what you saw

I may be a dreamer, but that is the purest of all my thoughts

You came, and you conquered what you saw

I may be a dreamer, but that is the purest of all my thoughts

Deeper in the wild deeper in my thoughts

You can take piece by piece, and reshape it all

No more nightmares no more evil in my heart

Your shine breached my wall my veil washed away

Brighter than the sun, with tiny words

My life will never be the same

You came, you conquered what you saw

I may be a dreamer, but that is the purest of all my thoughts

You came, you conquered what you saw

I may be a dreamer, but that is the purest of all my thoughts

What do you do, with what you find?

I’m an open book, for your mind

What do you do, with what you find?

I’m an open book, you’ll see that in time

You came, you conquered what you saw

I may be a dreamer, but that is the purest of all my thoughts
